In 2017 we added Mojo to all our property management software: an eco-system of small, smart web apps that gives ordinary users extraordinary access to our big, enterprise level systems.
Using the latest internet technologies and an iterative development process, Cloud-based Mojo is the very essence of digital transformation – a toolkit you can use to engage your users and modernise your business.
Each Mojo app addresses a single process, so we can optimise how that process works. In this way Mojo revolutionises property management at every level.
Our goal is to make each process faster, simpler and better for the end user.
We want people to enjoy using Mojo apps – to prefer them over any other way of doing the task, whether that be paper and pencil, spreadsheet, or the desktop system.
And we’re releasing new Mojo apps all the time.

Mojo Smart Forms
Key Features
Mojo gives you personalised, configurable dashboards, which let you see at a glance how your portfolio is performing – in real time – on any internet connected device.
Each dashboard is built from a set of ‘enquiry widgets’, which relate to different aspects of your portfolio. We supply a standard dashboards out of the box containing the most popular and widely used widgets.
Each widget allows you to drill down further and filter for additional information.
We are adding new widgets all the time and you can choose which appear on your home dashboard when you first log in, or build different dashboards for different tasks.
Different individuals can of course create their own dashboards, to monitor the information most relevant to their roles.
Mojo Enquiries & Dashboards
Key features:
The key to Mojo Smart Forms is the ease with which they can be edited.
Thus, you can hide any unnecessary fields (for example, ‘currency’, if you only operate in GBP), add new fields, or rearrange their order.
You can make fields mandatory; provide drop down lists; insert tool tips; and even pull up live lookups from the database.
You can do everything, in fact, to make the form as simple, focused, and relevant as possible to the end user. And all this configuration is retained across future software updates.
It doesn’t stop there. As raw data is entered, it’s stored as ‘draft’ – segregated from the live system. The form is then passed, automatically, around an approval chain, with the data only made live when it is fully approved.
Full audit trails, with commentary and supporting evidence, show not only when something was changed – but also why.
The system even remembers old versions of forms, so you can see what the user was looking at when he or she actually entered the data in the first place.
We’ve already published over 100 standard Mojo Smart Forms, covering all the common data management tasks. And more are launched in every release.
Mojo Activity List
Key Features
Mojo Approvals allows you to move forms instantly and sequentially between all the people who need to sign off on them.
You can easily match the approval trail to your existing business processes.
Forms awaiting approval appear in the relevant approver’s Activity List, fawaiting their response.
The system allows up to five levels of approval and will work on any internet-connected device.

Mojo For Suppliers will save your team hours of unnecessary administration, and limit the number of times that suppliers feel the need to call you for information.
Its many functions include the ability for suppliers to enter their own invoices, and monitor as those invoices are approved or rejected, passed for payment, and finally paid. They can even download the remittance advices.
There’s also a sophisticated document centre, where the supplier can lodge documentation (for example, proof of insurance, or necessary certificates) – and you, in turn, can deliver any document you like to them.
And it’s branded to match your own corporate style.
Mojo Forms Designer
Key Features
With Mojo for Clients and Investors you can supply your clients with clean, clear and easy to understand dashboards which draw live information about their portfolios directly from your property management system.
What the client sees is live, and always up to date. The dashboards are branded in your own corporate style as though you had developed them.
They can be viewed on any internet-connected device.
You configure their dashboards to control what they’re allowed to access. But within the restrictions you establish, they can interrogate their data at will, drilling down through individual widgets to locate the information they need.
Importantly, we’ve protected this app – and, indeed, all other Mojo apps – with the highest levels of security. Industrial strength security, certified by independent bodies and stress-tested automatically on a daily basis.
So none of your clients’ data will ever be compromised.
Mojo Purchase to Pay
Key Features
If what we include in the standard Mojo package isn’t enough for you, you can use our Form Designer tool to create new Smart Forms specific to your unique busines processes.
The Designer app lets you create new fields and new forms at will, to manage the most sophisticated of property management tasks.
The tool significantly increase the power of your existing property management tools.
For example, we have clients who manage waterways, who require significant quantities of canal-specific information; a cellular provider who records information about radio masts across the whole of Canada; and even a supplier of outdoor advertising sites, who needs to know, in real time, just who is renting a particular billboard.
Mojo for Tenants
Key Features
You’ll soon be able to share documents and send and receive messages with your tenants, via a Mojo dashboard.
The tenant, in turn, can check the financials, and log and monitor the progress of maintenance issues.

Mojo for Suppliers
Key Features
With its drag and drop functionality, Mojo Smart Invoice Approval allows creditor invoices to be entered swiftly and easily into your accounts, without involving the desktop system.
The invoice then follows a sophisticated approval trail, based on the value of the invoice.
Depending on which value band it falls into, the invoice is passed around as many approvers as you define – culminating with the individual of sufficient seniority to sign that invoice off.
The approval trail is automatic, with invoices appearing in the Activity List of each approver in turn.
The first approver – and only the first – can amend or update the entry, since they’re likely to be the closest to the expenditure in question.
And although the invoice remains outside the live database until final approval, it is recognised as a payable for the purposes of commitment reporting.
The system also learns how you’ve coded similar expenditures in the past. As it does so, it begins to suggest appropriate codings automatically.
Mojo for Clients & Investors
Key Features
Make an error in some routine property management tasks, and it can prove exceedingly expensive.
That’s why we’ve introduced task-based Mojo forms. They provide checklists, forms and approval trails to ensure that nothing can ever be missed.
Mojo Task Management
The Activity List lies at the heart of the Mojo system, helping your staff to comply fully with your organisation’s workflows and business processes.
The List is personalised to each individual. For example, you can limit the Tasks and Smart Forms that the individual is allowed to initiate.
Smart Forms and Tasks that have been begun by others are passed to those next in the approval chain, appearing automatically in the Activity List as their next ‘to-do’.
